The PSA is an International organization responsible for the education of skating coaches. Membership is offered to coaches in every discipline and at all levels, as well as to performing professionals, judges, eligible skaters and friends or patrons of the sport of figure skating.

Membership Renewal

Membership Renewals are due in the PSA office by September 1st each year.

Membership Year
July 1 - June 30.

To be listed in the PSA Membership & Resource Directory each year you MUST return your renewal form and full payment no later than October 15th.

New Membership Application

Organized in 1938, the PSA is the only organization in the U.S. devoted to the needs of skating professionals. Through educational opportunities offered by the PSA, skating professionals can obtain a wealth of knowledge which benefits skaters from the beginning to the elite levels. The PSA offers membership to coaches in every discipline and at all levels, as well as to performing professionals, judges, skaters and friends of figure skating.

Official Coaches Organization

The PSA is the official coaches education, certification and training program of the U.S. Figure Skating to the USOC.

Liaison with USOC, ISI, U.S. Figure Skating, CFSA, IPSU & Special Olympics

This provides opportunities for cooperation and understanding with other leading skating organizations.
