American Specialty Insurance & Risk Services, Inc. is pleased to offer member PSA coaches the opportunity to purchase, request and retrieve certificates of insurance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via this website. In addition, we have included other useful tools relating to policy information, claims handling and risk management.

To purchase insurance:

1. Log in to your membership account, and click on Insurance, then Insurance Enrollment.
2. Click Purchase Insurance
3. Verify that you are a current PSA member and follow the prompts through the payment process
4. Click View Cert to open certificate.  You can save the file to your computer, print, or email the certificate.
5. To create an additional certificate, click Create Certificate and enter the rink or club information, then Create Certificate again, then View Cert to open the file.

To create an additional certificate:

1. Log in to your membership account, and click on Insurance, then Insurance Enrollment.
2. If you have your confirmation number, click Request/Retrieve Certificate.  If you do not have your confirmation number, click Lost Confirmation Number, enter your e-mail address, retrieve the confirmation number from your e-mail, and then go back and click Request/Retrieve Certificate.
3. Click Create Certificate
4. Enter the rink/club name and address, and your phone and e-mail
5. Click Create Certificate, then View Cert to open the file.
