On January 19, 1979, the  PSGA office moved to a new location at Professional Program Management. This organization specialized in managing professional associations and had a long history with the PSGA. In 1960, Professional Program Management was hired to print the PSGA Newsletter. This was the same company used by the Buffalo Figure Skating Club for their newsletter. PPM had a staff of association management specialists. Donald W. Boyd, Jr. became the Executive Director who took over full administration of the Guild.

In 1984 Sandy Lamb was in her 2nd year as president and decided that it was time to move forward again, and hire an exclusive executive director and have an office of our own. Carole Schulman and Walter Muehlbronner traveled to Buffalo to sort out files and make arrangement for movers. The new Executive Director, Carole Shulman prepared an office in her home and on March 1, 1985 the transfer from PPM to Rochester was completed.
