Title: E-Curriculum Coordinator

I. Job Description
The E- Curriculum Coordinator (Coordinator), a regular part-time position is under the general direction and supervision of the Executive Director and the National Education and Accreditation Director. The Coordinator is responsible for the development of e-learning curriculum as designated by the National Education and Accreditation Director and the oversight of assembly and dissemination of Continuing Education Requirement (CER) courses of US Figure Skating, to the skating community and to our audiences at large. Additional responsibilities include the supervision and basic administrative maintenance with regards to the PSA High Performance Learning Management System (LMS)such as but not limited to those duties and responsibilities included in this description. Relocation is NOT required
II. Minimum Qualifications
A. Minimum of 16 years of age
B. Demonstrate the ability to assume the duties of this position
C. Able to type 45 words per minute
D. Perform basic math and budgeting skills
E. PSA Rated in at least two disciplines
F. Bachelors Degree in Education or related field
G. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and application software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent applications).
III. Routine Job Tasks/Duties
• Reports to the Executive Director and the National Education and Accreditation Director
• Reads and answers correspondence or directs to appropriate person.
• Liaise with U.S. Figure Skating as necessary in regards to Continuing Education Requirement (CER) or as directed by the Executive Director or the National Education and Accreditation Director
• Analyzes, evaluates, and edits course curriculum
• Analyzes, evaluates, and edits course exams
• Develop curriculum for educational courses as required or directed by Executive Director or the National Education and Accreditation Director
• Produce PowerPoint presentations as required or directed by Executive Director or the National Education and Accreditation Director
• Prepares records and reports, such as recommendations for solutions of administrative problems and annual reports.
• Perform basic administrative maintenance, i.e. merging duplicate students.
• Plan the selection of new course curriculum with input from EDUCATION DIRECTOR.
• Process all online e-learning applications. Verify information and approve.
• Respond to queries in regards to E-Learning.
• Liaise with EDUCATION DIRECTOR, EDUCATION chairman/ committee on a regular basis, or as necessary.
• Keep coaches informed about changes and/ or updates as required.
• Publish the CER achievements of exam candidates in the PS Magazine.
• Edit articles that have been submitted for PS Magazine as they relate to E-Learning and CER. Write articles as necessary.
• Assist with preparation of materials for educational events
• Ship materials for educational events
• Correct Exams – As developed for E-Learning
• Email Communications
IV. Classification – (3) Regular Part-time/ 25 hours per week
V. Salary - $22 - $25/hour
